A Senior Friend

My old friend Bob was 83 when he passed away, I know him for 16 years, he loves movies, collects rare movies, we exchanged VHS and DVD movies, watched movies sometimes, he is single and never married, since I moved away, we stopped communication for couple of years, when I contacted him again couple of months ago, he was sick, he has some other friends, he made two wills in the past, the beneficiary of latest will passed away before him, so there was no beneficiary, because of the pain he was suffering, and he does not like any of his friends too much, he never wanted to make a new will, I thought I like the friendship with him, I didn’t want him to think I want his money, so I never talked with him about his money. after he passed away, and couple of months past, I think I made a mistake, I know he loves animals very much, one of his friends is Doris Day, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doris_Day, Doris Day is one of the most-dedicated advocates of animal welfare. I could have helped Bob to choose a charity organization related to animals to donate his assets after he passed away.

Bad vs Evil

I think human must be selfish by nature, it is bad sometimes, but bad is not evil yet. Charlie Sheen is a bad boy, I don’t see he is evil. If a person is bad always for a long time, bad can turn into evil, one way to balance this is to do some charity work, when Bill Gates made a lot of money by selling unstable Windows software, people complained, later he made up his bad by donating money to charity.
