			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When Internet just got popular, I helped my manager to interview candidates for a network administrator position, one very practical question I asked was: tell me how the web browsers find the web pages to display them, i.e. how the browser requests were routed on Internet and got the response back, nobody could answer correctly, including one candidate who has Microsoft MCSE (Microsoft certified system engineer) certificate, except one candidate who does not have degree/diploma, this man has ability to learn independently. so I told my manager to focus find out why he did not finish school, just to make sure he does not have personality disorder something like that can affect the job or the team.</p>
