Bluehost web hosting

keypoints.com website has been on Bluehost server for 2 months, we experienced slow data response, we requested to move to higher performace server last week, the move was smooth, the request took one day to be confirmed, and took one day to complete the move, everything seems working better so far, Bluehost has over million customers, they can support customers by phones, and move servers smoothly, support multiple websites under just one account, we do have to pay more for higher performace server, it is still reasonable price.

Bluehost has changed their web hosting plan, new plan “Pro” account replaces high cpu plan, I ran a performance tool to check the server, it is ok for basic html pages, or cgi, but database application can have problems if say 50 sequential SQL requests to generate a html page, the page will come up very slowly. I also tested emails, I was able to send 3000 emails per hour, they do allow that under Pro account.
