Tide TOTALCARE liquid laundry detergent is bad for dark color clothes

I saw the Tide TOTALCARE liquid laundry detergent ad on TV, so I tried it, the dark color faded after just two washes, I use the rest of it only for very light color clothes. I found Cheers Dark is great laundry detergent to wash dark color clothes, the color doesn’t fade, one friend recommends Woolite Dark, haven’t tried it yet, it has good reviews on some websites.
