Social birth control

I have some highly educated friends, the married friends have two kids, the single ones are very picky to choose partner, don’t have any children, I think this is sort of related to the society we live in, look at the tuition for school, not many parents can afford the tuition for a lot of kids, new graduates have to compete to get a decent job, when I worked at small companies, they can not train new graduates, hire only engineers with extensive experience, that is just education and job, all in all it takes a lot more effort to raise children than before, this creates social birth control.
